Took about 20 minutes to assemble the first, about 10 for the second. They work very well.
I wanted some longer times than the stock configuration allowed. By replacing C2 with a 220ufd instead of the 100ufd supplied, the ON time range was now .5s-18s and the OFF time was extended to 3 minutes 20 seconds.
On the second unit I replaced C2 with a 1000uf cap. This gave me a range of 1 second to 1 minute pulse(on). And 1 second to 11 minutes for the pause(off)
