Shipping for this Amazon marketplace drum took a few weeks from China, but I was expecting it and I got regular communications that didn't promise anything different.
The drum itself is pretty well made. It makes a decent sound for such a small instrument, and having two playable sides is a plus.
The two drum sticks, however, were a bit shoddy. The sticks were finished nicely, but the drilled holes had sharp edges and wood splinters protruding, and one of the sticks has a chunk broken off near the drum tip. I had to clean up the drumsticks with a file before letting the kids play with them.
I can't really complain for under $25 including shipping.
