My one year old daughter certainly cannot grab the concept of dragging this toy. It's made of stacking parts so she just quickly took it apart. It fell apart in a second. Then the baby would carry one piece on hand running around, with a long string dangling. It's not only dysfunctional, but even outright dangerous for a young baby just learned to walk.Luckily enough Amazon has offered me refund and keep this item. Maybe shipping it back isn't worth the cost.
For a $10 toy, shipping twice would be too much.
I don't know if any young child would be able to use it as a pull along toy. It has tiny parts, and the paint cracked even before the actual usage starts.
Sometimes paying cheap equals bad results.
