I bought this for my 3rd grade son who is learning the United States Geography at school. The magnets are small, but they attach well to the map surface. Each small magnet have a name of the state in the front, and the capital in the back. It is compact, so you can bring it anywhere. I think this is a great tool for a child who is required to learn states and capitals for the test!

Enjoying this product, only problem is wish the magnetic pieces were thicker and not as easy to bend. Otherwise a great teaching tool.
