Review of Learning Resources Primary Calculator
Can't beat under $4 for a quality basic calculator. The buttons are nicely raised for small fingers to get a feel for the concept of a calculator and they push down very easily as well. The solar power option also is great to extend the life of the battery that is in it too. Great size for small hands, also works great in a purse to take with you to use yourself or in a restaurant to entertain the kids. We use it to help our son learn how to count by 2s, 5s, 10s, etc. as you can simply hit 5 + 5 = 10 and if you continue to hit the = button this calculator will continue to count up. (This is not a novel concept, MOST calculators do this, but I had a cheapo one that previously did not, so that's why I make note here that this one does.) :)I bought this to donate but was surprised at the quality and features when I saw it. If one of my grandchildren ever need one, this would be the one I'd buy.
