My grandson is 10 years old and needed a larger chewie appropriate to his size (and strength). The Grabber XT is the perfect size for a larger child, and gives calming oral gratification. The Grabber's lime green color makes it easy to find for kids with limited visual acuity. The texture is smooth, and has a great deal of "give" when bitten into, and is resilient and tough. We love all chewy's for sensory input. My son really like this one with the smooth texture. Most of these have bumps and grooves and such for the different textures but he likes this one for the smoothness too.
