i brought this foot for a class. i find it helpful to have a model of the bones in the foot that i can move around to see how the foot moves. i've previously purchased the other model (the non loose one) and found that i couldn't really move the bones at all so i returned it and brought this one.

I do like this model. It is probably a bit to loose and flexible for me but I

decided to keep it. You might check out the less "loose" version to see what

works best for you.

Still models are wonderful when educating.

As a podiatry medical student this is one of the best resources out there. There are other foot models available for less, but those bones are wired together. These are attached by elastic allowing you to move them around in all directions, which is invaluable for learning. Havin the tibia and fibula attached is also very beneficial.
