I ordered the downloadable fonts so that I could customize D'Nealian cursive worksheets. However, the D'Nealian cursive fonts are not included with the version I purchased. Only D'Nealian manuscript is included, but they don't tell you that in the ad. I immediately called and emailed upon receipt that I needed to return the product, but I cannot get them to call back after 7 days of consistently calling and emailing. They never answer the phone, so you have to just leave a message each time. Since I can't get them to call me or email, I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, which is really a hassle. I would never order anything from this company. There are lots of font companies out there, and most of them have a better selection anyway.

Nice selection of fonts and a very thourough manual. A bit complicated at first, but once you get the hang of it, quite helpful for making handwriting worksheets.

As an educational tutor I was so looking forward to using this program. I am a MAC user and though the description states that it is MAC compatible the program is so old that it does not even appear when I attempted to load it to my laptop. In fact I took the software to my local APPLE store to load so that I would be sure I would do it correctly as the directions in the manual were a bit confusing. Two 'geeks' attempted to load the program (considering it a challenge that they could win I suppose) AND I even called the company, Educational Insights to ask for additional tech support while I was with the Apple Geeks the person who answered the phone stated that would consult with the technicians and call me back. That was 5 days ago and I am still waiting for the return call! Apparently this is a very old program that is still being sold that purports to be usable with today's technology ....I am returning this 'waste of time' purchase and hope that Amazon will remove it from their product list so that others do not waste their time!

If you are a teacher you need these fonts! I recently got a new computer after my last one died and managed to find all my school fonts except these. Had those all loaded, went to work, and found that none of my go-to fonts were there! Drat! They are ALL in this collection. This has the best school print options, with several to choose from. I even choose the ABC Teacher font for notes home to parents. So, basically what that tells me is this is really the only font collection I need (for making basic, everyday school projects for my Kindergarten class). It's well worth the purchase!
