This bell rocks! I'm a 2nd grade teacher & found this bell in a teacher catalog the beginning of 2009-2010 school year! I have never seen or heard of this bell before & ordered it the same day I got the catalog! Plus none of my teachers buddies had ever heard of this bell! There are sooooooo many uses for it & not just in the classroom! I use specific bell rings for specific things in the classroom, like for center rotations, math activities, etc. The sky is the limit with this bell! It was even used in our 2nd Grade Christmas play! I use it for academic pep rallies, book character parade, etc. The students love it! I use a certain ring when students are rewarded from the treasure chest! It's very sturdy too, I've dropped it on cement, on tile & no harm done! I also use it at tailgating & family events! Everyone gets a kick out of the bell! It has a volume button, I don't bring it into the stadium, you can't hear it in stadium on it's loudest setting, so it's perfect for tailgating before the game! And I haven't had to change the batteries yet, that's surprising since I use it so much! GEAUX Rajun Cajuns!
