My daughter will be starting kindergarten this year and picked this to be her back pack. Originally we picked out a back pack just like this except there was only 3 princesses on it. The lights however went on FOREVER, once they started they were on for so long. We went to the store to exchange it for the exact same 3 princess one, but it did the same thing in the store. Then we saw this one and it was great! The lights only turn on when you're moving the back pack. The size is great for putting folders, books, and art work I know she will be bringing home. :)
