Purchased this item from Toys R Us when my son was 5 yrs old after he told me that he wanted to be a doctor. Attempted to play with him quite a few times over the years but the game didn't hold his attention for very long. He just turned 8 so his attention span is much longer. He is now very interested in learning about the body and how it works. I must say that I couldn't have made a better purchase for this. The labeling is correct. Recommended for ages 8 and up. I will tell you if it accomplished it's purpose in about 20 years...
