If you are a teacher or student, you must know about Magic Mounts Removable Mounting Tabs. I am putting on my walls in the school library (where I work) a number of pictures and posters, a net, a map, a brass question mark, and the like. I am using a variety of stick-em-up-there-items, but these mounting tabs are the best.

First, they are small--about a quarter inch squares, best they really stick (unlike two other products I have used). Just peel one side, stick on back of your item, then pull off the backs of the little mounts, then attach to the wall. When you are ready to remove the posters, etc, just pop off. There is no damage to the wall or your item (mine are all laminated which is really necessary if you don't want to tear your item).

Back in the day when I began teaching, I used those sticky tabs that lasted a lifetime and beyond. When you removed your poster, either the sticky stuff remained on the wall or tore your poster. Getting that stuff off the wall without anti-goo products (which didn't exist then) was really difficult. Now products for putting up posters and the like are removable--clean and without residue or a damp looking surface.

I can't wait for my Magic Mounts to get here. I have more posters to hang and school starts soon!!

Note: These are not meant for large, heavy posters, but for smaller, lightweight items.

You should definitely get these! They stick extremely well, are small, don't peel paint, and do the job. The best part is that there are 480 in a pack. I use about 6 of them to hang up a chalk board (23" x 17") and they will hold for the entire year. Definitely get these! I'm just a College Student, and they hang just about anything. Worth the money

I love these little mounting tabs. They couldn't be easier to use, and peel easily off the wall with no damage. 480 of them will last forever. They are pretty small, so you will need to use quite a few to hold up a medium weight poster. A very economical alternative to Command Strips when you're hanging something that's under 2 or 3 pounds.

There are some surfaces (tile, for example) that they do not stick to very well you have to use a *lot* of them for these surfaces and they are still prone to fall off. But for most surfaces these are great. Easy to remove from both the wall and the item you are hanging. Beats the heck out of sticky tack.

BTW, Amazon made me rate these as a "toy" ????!!!!????
